Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VoiceMart mobile application, website, and WhatsApp ordering services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by VoiceMart. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VoiceMart connects you with local partner supermarkets for grocery ordering and delivery. We facilitate ordering, payment (where applicable), and communication; product fulfilment is performed by partner stores and delivery partners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law. You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid mobile number.
3. Orders & pricing
- Product availability, weights, and prices are set by partner stores and may change.
- We may substitute unavailable items per store policy or contact you when possible.
- Delivery fees, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- An order is confirmed only after you complete checkout (or confirm via voice / WhatsApp where supported).
4. Payments
Supported methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI / online payment via Razorpay, and in-app wallet where available. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.
5. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel before the store begins packing, subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method or wallet as applicable. Contact support@voicemart.in for help.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with the Service, other users, or partner operations.
- Submit false orders or misuse promotions or wallet credits.
7. Voice, WhatsApp & AI
When you use voice ordering or WhatsApp, you consent to processing of your audio and messages to build your grocery list and place orders. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
